TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

By purchasing from LAX Ammo either in person at retail store, online or over the phone, you affirm that you:

Are a U.S. citizen
Have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year
Have never been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution
Have never been a fugitive from justice, an unlawful user of any controlled substance
Have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces
Have never renounced his or her US citizenship
Have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
Are not currently subject to a court order that restrains you from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child.
Are 21 year of age or older.
Are aware that our products are intended for adult use only.
Are aware sales tax will be applied to purchases made online.
Are aware that LAX Ammo reserves the right to change or update pricing at any time, and LAX Ammo will not honor any discount as a result of the price change.
Are aware the prices shown on out of stock items does not necessarily reflect the price the item will be once back in stock.
Are aware you are responsible to notify LAX Ammo if you would like to cancel your order immediately. In some cases orders may be processed and shipped before being able to cancel.
Are aware and accept a $17 rerouting fee, per package, for orders cancelled after they have already shipped. You are also responsible for the original shipping fee. If your order returns back to LAX Ammo, and is damaged, you are responsible for a 15% restocking fee.
Are aware all sales are final. You are required to notify LAX Ammo with in 90 days of any issues or defects with any LAX Ammo Manufactured Ammo. You may also be required to return the suspected defected ammo for testing before receiving a refund or replacement.
Are aware LAX Ammo provides ammo cans for free with select products. LAX Ammo is not responsible for any damaged/broken cans that occur during transit.
Are aware LAX Ammo may require verification of your billing address. If your billing and shipping address differ, LAX Ammo will require a ID/DL to be emailed to service@laxammo.com to process your order.
Are aware LAX Ammo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please require a signature at checkout to help avoid theft.
Are aware LAX Ammo reserves the right to cancel any orders that appear suspicious, or could be fraudulent purchase.
Are aware that discharging, cleaning, or handling ammunition, components and/or firearms may cause exposure to lead, and hold LAX Ammo harmless and assume full responsibility for any such exposure.

It is our company policy that all sales are final.

You will be asked to agree to these terms and submit any additional government issued identification BEFORE the order will be processed.
You will be prompted while placing your order to upload your ID. The ID may also be emailed to service@laxammo.com. Orders for ammunition will NOT be shipped without proper identification and your confirmation to the above eligibility requirements.

Some states such as Illinois, New Jersey, and Connecticut require their residents to present a copy of a firearms/ammunition owner’s identification card when purchasing. You may log onto your account at laxammo.com to view any ID’s you may already have on file.

Instructions for Illinois Ammunition Sales:

FOID cards AND State photo ID should be uploaded during or before placing your order online. You may also submit by email – service@laxammo.com (IMPORTANT: You must enter your order number in the email subject line) It is your responsibility to follow up with LAX Ammunition to make sure we have received your information.
These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
Orders will be held for 3 days and then cancelled if proper documents are not submitted to and received by LAX Ammunition.
Ammo can only be shipped to an address on one of those two documents.
FFL Dealers must provide a copy of their FFL to service@laxammo.com to be added to the FFL Finder.
Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. It is your responsibility to know your state laws.

Instructions for Connecticut Ammunition Sales:

Connecticut Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card AND State photo ID must accompany ammunition orders. Firearms/Ammunition ID card can be uploaded during or before placing your order online or submitted by email to service@laxammo.com (IMPORTANT: You must enter your order number in the email subject line) It is your responsibility to follow up with LAX Ammunition to make sure we have received your information.
These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
Orders will be held for 3 days and then cancelled if proper documents are not submitted to and received by LAX Ammunition.
Ammo can only be shipped to an address on one of those two documents.
Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. It is your responsibility to know your state laws.

Instructions for New Jersey Ammunition Sales:

New Jersey Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card AND State photo ID must accompany ammunition orders. Firearms/Ammunition ID card can be uploaded during or before placing your order online or submitted by email to service@laxammo.com (IMPORTANT: You must enter your order number in the email subject line) It is your responsibility to follow up with LAX Ammunition to make sure we have received your information.
These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
Orders will be held for 3 days and then cancelled if proper documents are not submitted to and received by LAX Ammunition.
Ammo can only be shipped to an address on one of those two documents.

Instructions for New York Ammunition Sales:

Ammunition orders will only be shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) or Seller of Ammunition permit.
If your current FFL Dealer is not signed up with LAX Ammunition for transfers you may direct them to service@laxammo.com to sign up to receive transferred orders. (IMPORTANT: You must enter your order number in the email subject line) It is your responsibility to follow up with LAX Ammunition to make sure we have received your information.
These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.

RESTRICTED AREAS:

Federal, State, and Local Laws Relating to Ammunition Purchases:

We comply with ALL local, state, and federal laws. The following list of state and local laws is NOT represented to be all inclusive of the 50 states’ numerous firearms, ammunition, and magazine laws. You must be aware of any laws affecting your purchase.

ALASKA CUSTOMERS: No ammunition sales.

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: No ammunitions sales.

CONNECTICUT CUSTOMERS: A legible copy of state issued identification and one of the following is required to purchase ammunition:
A valid CT permit to carry a pistol or revolver OR
A valid CT long gun eligibility certificate OR
A valid CT ammunition certificate.

HAWAII CUSTOMERS: No ammunition sales.

ILLINOIS CUSTOMERS: Must have current copy of FOID card and State Photo Identification, No sales of ammunition and/or magazines to the City of Chicago. No sales of Incendiary, Exploding, Armor Piercing, APIT, Tracer, or SureShot Exploding Targets.

NEW YORK CUSTOMERS: Due to New York State law, we can no longer ship ammunition purchased online to NY residents (we will still ship to FFL's and Seller of Ammunition permits)

NEW JERSEY CUSTOMERS: Firearms/Ammunition identification card & State ID must accompany ammunition orders for first time. No sales of magazines over 15 rounds, or hollow point ammunition.

RHODE ISLAND CUSTOMERS: Blue Card and Photo ID.

WASHINGTON DC CUSTOMERS: No Sales of any products.

US TERRITORIES OF GUAM, PUERTO RICO, and VIRGIN ISLAND CUSTOMERS: No ammunition sales.

MASSACHUSETTS: Due to Massachusetts State law, we can no longer ship ammunition purchased online to MA residents including Magazines over 10 rounds and serialized products (Lowers, Rifles & Handguns)

FLORIDA: Florida prohibits the manufacture, sale or delivery of any armor-piercing bullet or exploding bullet, or “dragon’s breath” shotgun shell, bolo shell, or flechette shell.

We do not ship ammunition to APO & FPO Addresses
We do not ship ammunition to PO. Boxes

We only ship orders to addresses within the U.S.

I understand that discharging, cleaning, or handling ammunition, components and/or firearms may cause exposure to lead, and I hold LAX Ammo harmless and I assume full responsibility for any such exposure. I understand that the handling of ammunition and/or ammunition components may expose me to chemicals including lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm. It is YOUR obligation to know all laws regarding offers to sell and the sale and transfer of ammunition and to fully comply with such laws. The above list may not reflect every restricted city or county

LAX Ammo recommends if you live in an apartment that you have your order delivered to the Main Office or Property Manager's Office. LAX Ammo is not responsible for lost or stolen ammunition. Do not forget to indicate what apartment number you live in.

EXPORT POLICY AND EXPORT RESTRICTIONS INFORMATION
